Learn how to make baby food and healthy snacks for your kids.
Join in the fun with rhythmic musician Connie Harter-Bagley and her soft percussion.
Take A Break will also feature new information on how to safely lay your baby down to sleep and offer effective strategies for how to calm your crying baby. Relaxation specialist Faith Perkins will be on hand to share de-stressing tips for Moms, Dads and grandparents.
This event is hosted by the Early Childhood Council and sponsored by the Community Caring Collaborative and Resource Development Center?s Community Infant & Toddler Team with help from Child and Family Opportunities & Head Start, Maine Families, the Washington County Children?s Program, Child Development Services, the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, and the Porter Memorial Library.
